Vision engineering in both studio and OB environments including live shows for MTV, Sky Sports and the BBC.

Usually reporting to a managing director or senior manager, used my engineering knowledge in a commercial role. Dealt with the senior engineering and projects staff of major facilities and broadcasters, covering a wide variety of equipment including Cameras, VTRs, Standards converters, Test equipment, Digital Graphics equipment, Analogue and Digital Encoders, Decoders and Routers.
Duties included setting up demonstrations and technical evaluations.
